Terms of service

Last updated 31 October 2026

These terms apply to loomlink AI, operated by loomlink Intelligence Inc. (“loomlink”, “we”). By using the platform you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

Early access

loomlink AI is in early access. Accounts are set up by us rather than by self-serve signup, there is no subscription fee during this period, and features are added, changed and occasionally removed while we build. We may end early access or change what it includes with reasonable notice to account holders.

What the platform is, and what it is not

loomlink AI produces rankings, landed-cost estimates, risk scores, stress tests and documentation to support your sourcing decisions. It is decision support, not advice, and not a guarantee of any commercial outcome.

  • The factory network is onboarding toward 50 factories, each to be audited on-site, for a June 2027 launch. Until a given factory has contracted, the profile you see is modelled from market data rather than drawn from a live supplier agreement, and matches to contracted factories are flagged separately. Treat every figure as an estimate to verify before you contract, quote or commit money against it.
  • Duty rates, tariff treatment, freight and commodity signals come from public and third-party sources and change without notice. Confirm them with your broker.
  • Parts of the platform use AI models. Their output can be wrong or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing it before acting on it.

Your account

Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you think they have been used by someone else. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share one account across a team we have not set up; ask us and we will.

Factory identities and non-circumvention

Factory names, contacts and dossiers are disclosed only after you sign a Non-Circumvention and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NCNDA) in the platform. That agreement stands on its own and runs for five years, and its terms govern anything you learn through it. Reverse-engineering, scraping or redistributing masked or unmasked factory data is a breach of these terms.

Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, bulk-export or resell the platform’s data or outputs.
  • Do not attempt to breach, overload or probe the platform or other accounts.
  • Do not upload anything you do not have the right to upload, or anything unlawful.
  • Do not use the platform to build a competing sourcing dataset or product.

Your content and our platform

Your briefs, tech packs, specifications and the outputs generated for you remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process and display them to run the service for you. The platform itself — the software, models, scoring methods, factory dataset and documentation — remains ours.

Services beyond the platform

Sourcing, sampling, negotiation, production management and consulting are separate engagements. We quote that work up front and it is governed by the statement of work you sign for it, not by these terms.

Availability, liability and termination

The platform is provided “as is” during early access, without warranties of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, loomlink is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, margin or goodwill; and our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amounts you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Either of us may close your account at any time. We will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data first unless the closure follows a breach of these terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Ontario. Questions: info@loomlink.ca.
